What is an AI readiness assessment?
An AI readiness assessment is a fixed-fee evaluation of where AI can actually help your business. Axys runs it in two scopes: an interviews-led readiness review, or a deeper knowledge and data audit that also analyzes your documents and data. Both end with a readiness scorecard, a prioritized shortlist, and a 90-day roadmap.
How long does it take?
The readiness review takes 1–2 weeks; the knowledge and data audit takes 3–5 weeks, depending on how much documentation and data is in scope.
What do we get at the end?
A readiness scorecard across seven dimensions, a friction map of where work gets stuck, a prioritized shortlist of AI opportunities, and a 90-day roadmap. The deeper audit scope also produces a build blueprint we can quote at a fixed price.
Do we have to build with you afterwards?
No. Both scopes are fixed-fee and stand on their own with no obligation to continue. If you do build with us, the assessment fee is credited against the build.
Can it run securely on our own data?
Yes. Document and data analysis runs under NDA, inside your access controls, and can be done on-premise or in your private cloud — your knowledge never leaves your control.
